Shipping Within Australia
We offer free shipping for both framed and unframed prints purchased to be delivered with Australia.
For our international customers we offer free shipping worldwide for unframed prints.
If you’re looking to purchase a framed print and shipping it outside Australia, please get in touch with us for a quote.

Please note that due to the vast number of complexities faced sending large objects around the world, we are not currently able to offer free international shipping on framed prints. This is something we’re currently working on.
After you place your order, we’ll immediately place your artwork in the print queue. Depending on how busy we are, this can take between 3 - 7 business days. If you are then getting your print framed, that will add another 8 - 13 business days.
In short, unframed prints take roughly 1 week to dispatch, framed prints take 2 - 4 weeks.
Your order will be shipped via our courier. Delivery of your artwork will usually be made between 8am and 5pm. If you are not home our courier will not leave your artwork unattended at your address. A redelivery will be attempted at a later date. We recommend nominating your work address if you work during these hours and have the means to be able to transport the artwork to it’s final destination.
We provide tracking information for all orders sent within Australia. You’ll be able to check in and see where it is on it’s way to you. Tracking on internationally destined orders is available in most cases.
Safe Delivery Guarantee (Damaged Goods)
All orders are pre-checked and are dispatched in pristine condition. We guarantee that your order will arrive as it left our headquarters, if it doesn't, we've got you covered.
If any goods arrive damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please include images of the damage in order for us to mitigate our losses via our insurers, once we have this we can process your request.
When approved under our ‘Safe Delivery Guarantee’, we will arrange to have the damaged item returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
Should a replacement not be available, you will be entitled to a refund on the item. Damaged goods will be arranged for their due return and replacement at the expense of The Print Gallery and in all cases we must insist that goods are returned in same condition as received by you with all original packaging.
The Print Gallery under no circumstance takes any liability for artwork damaged once received. We are not responsible for unsafe hanging practices. Please note all artwork weights and hanging requirements. We take no responsibility for any damage to persons or other goods.
At the Print Gallery, all artwork is printed to order, so please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or credits if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. For more on our refund and returns policy, please view our terms & conditions.
